GTS FORCE was founded by Gaston Aguirre with a simple observation: a great deal of tactical training looks impressive and teaches very little. Students leave with photos instead of capability. We built GTS FORCE to fix that — pairing Gaston’s U.S. military and force-protection background with Tomer Israeli’s Shin Bet and special-forces instruction.
Our programs are structured around measurable outcomes. Students learn safety and fundamentals first, then apply them in scenarios that reflect the environments they actually work in — venues, vehicles, posts, and public spaces.

GTS FORCE is a professional training organization built on real experience — not theory.
GTS FORCE was founded by Gaston Aguirre to deliver practical, disciplined instruction across firearms, executive protection, self defense, and related programs. With over 17 years in the New York Army National Guard and eight years on Joint Task Force Empire Shield as a Force Protection Specialist and Instructor, Gaston built the company around skills that hold up under pressure.
His training philosophy is simple: safety first, fundamentals before advanced work, and every concept applied the same day it is taught. He holds black belts in VDK and Jujutsu, has been a student of Tomer Israeli since 2014, and remains a student for life.
